When patients have severe bite issues they may break teeth and require dental implants. Sometimes we elect to use the strongest material to make sure they don’t break and that is gold. Here two teeth were missing. We planned the implants for optimal size and location and did the surgery with precise surgical guides to insure the implants were placed exactly where they needed to be. For the chimneys we used titanium abutments and the crowns were gold. We decrease the size to decrease forces of chewing and these crowns are virtually indestructible.
